The Il Mannarino Academy: an educational dinner at the butcher's shop to learn all the secrets of meat!
When we were children and were asked at school "what do you want to be when you grow up?" no one answered "a butcher".
Time has passed, and today we want to revive and make known this noble art and all the excellent products it handles.
It opens, in fact, the Mannarino Academy!
Appointments where our most experienced butchers will teach you all the tricks of the trade and secrets for working with, cutting and cooking meat!
From the most special cuts to their marinades, from marbling to maturing: meat will have no more secrets for you!
The programme/menu includes:
1. Capocollo di Martina Franca.
2. The Mannarino Tartare.
3. The Zampina of Sammichele. History and tradition.
4. Bombette and their cooking.
5. Chops and T-bone steaks.
What are you waiting for? Pack your backpack but no pen and paper, just hunger for knowledge and... meat!
Sit down at the table and listen to the lecture by our experts! But don't worry, there will be a practical part where you can taste the dishes under examination.
The butcher's shop next door, the neighbourhood butcher's shop, the one you trust, opens its doors to all diners in compliance with all regulations: you will be involved in a unique tasting experience in total safety and learn more about our Mannarini and all the work that goes on behind the scenes in butcher shops!
