The candidate will be responsible for:
- Management and control of the butcher's department profit and loss account, orders and product waste
- Management and supervision of butcher's department resources
- Training of butcher trainees and continuous staff training
- Organisation and supervision of meat counter set-up
- Customer service at the counter, both as a butcher's shop and as a restaurant
- Organisation and cleanliness of working environments
- Responsibility for food storage
- Organisational and planning skills
