The Mannarino in Busto Arsizio!

Even in Busto Arsizio, in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, you can finally taste the legendary bombette!

First butcher's shop sign with kitchen, Il Mannarino opened its eleventh restaurant with a big party open to the public.

The new Mannarino of Busto Arsizio welcomes customers with its warm and familiar furnishings, iconic yellow and green colours, handmade ceramics and the ever-present Apulian olive tree in the centre of the room. At the entrance to the shop is the large butcher's counter, where you can choose from the not-to-be-missed bombette, succulent rib steaks, arrosticini and many other appetising cuts of meat. There is no shortage of dishes from the 'A casa di nonna' delicatessen, including tasty meatballs in tomato sauce, broad bean and chicory puree, lasagne and many other dishes!

In the course of 2022, Il Mannarino opened six new neighbourhood shops - in Milan Navigli, Bergamo, Brescia, Novara, Turin and Seregno - bringing the number of its premises to 10. Significant novelties and new openings are planned for the new year, such as the one in Busto Arsizio.

"The Mannarino, with its eleventh point of sale, also arrives in the Province of Varese,' explains Gianmarco Venuto, one of the two founding partners of the business. 'We started in Milan and are now taking our format throughout northern Italy. And to think that it all started from an idea I had in my head since I was a child, when after summer holidays in Apulia I would return to Milan with a nostalgia for those butcher shops with kitchens where you eat in conviviality and joy. A dream that became reality and continues to grow'.
